One of our clients requested an introductory YouTube video embedded in their virtual waiting room. This allows patients to learn more about the practice’s mission, values, and story while they wait for their care provider to start the appointment. Utilize collaborative forms in appointments

Another client was interested in filling out forms with their patients during their appointments.
